If you own a Ford, you may want to plan a trip to your dealership soon. That’s because on Thursday, the Ford Motor Company issued three different recalls affecting a total of over 48,000 vehicles in America.

Here are the details about the three Ford vehicle recalls:

• Ford Transit vans. These are being recalled because of a technical issue that can cause their airbags to fail during a crash.
• Lincoln MKC and Ford Explorers SUVs. These vehicles have an issue with their heating system that can cause them spontaneously catch fire.
• Ford F-650 and F-750 heavy trucks. These have a problem with their braking system that could cause the breaks to fail.

If you own any of these types of vehicles, you should call your dealership and find out if your particular car or truck has been mentioned in the recall. All of these vehicle recalls are for safety issues, so it is important to take action as soon as you can.

We will be adding these vehicles to our recall database as soon as we get information on the VIN numbers of the effected vehicles.
